For my work at an internship I have had to survey quite a few parenting/mommy blogs. I think one that that would be interesting to explore is the transition from a parent sharing their experiences and pictures online, to parents actually making a career out of blogging through their relationships with advertisers and marketers that target bloggers with high reader numbers. Just like in magazines, when we have to question content that is near an advertisement page, how can we gage truth in blogging?

Clio, I really like the idea, and I’m glad you’ve gotten started. I’d love to know a bit more about where you’re headed, though. When do you begin to plan regular posting? How often will you post, and how will you organize the topics about which you’re writing? (I should also note that there’s a typo in your URL — the link works, but you may want to move to a corrected URL.) Please do keep moving forward — I’ll look forward to reading more!
