in my aimless wanderings of the net i found this site called grouphug. it is an online community that consists only of anonymous unedited confessions. some of the confessions look made up but a lot of them seem sincere. i wonder how much this really helps people get stuff off of their chests.

Group Hug reminds me of PostSecret. Both reveal anonymous confessions, but Group Hug is strictly online based. PostSecret consists of handmade postcards of confessions that have been compiled into books. It's more artistic since confessors create their own cards. I'm not sure how much these sites help people take burdens away but I always liked reading these postcards because they are shockers. I can't believe people actually did some of these things.
