Okay, I just have to say that I thought this entire section was ludicrous (and I loved it). The title, USSMK's hair and soggy bathmat-hand, a crossdressing father, ticklish body parts....
One question I had: Why is she called U.S.S. Millicent Kent? Does it have anything to do with her missile-like coiffure? (MORE missiles!!)
On a more serious note, though, this section also really reminded me of how characters from Underworld sought intimacy through impersonal sex.
I think the implication was that she was built like a battleship but not entirely sure
Besides the physical fit of the nickname, I thought it had to do with the way she seemed to blunder around, maybe Wallace poking fun at how the military is deployed?
I think the name conveys her physical build and characteristics...in a humorous but jerk way. :-)
I agree with Potted Plant. I simply thought that was supposed to imply that she was as large as a ship. However, the military connotation is very striking. Perhaps you are right, Sarawrs! Speaking of the sex attempt, can we delve into the subject of Mario's "police lock?" Does anybody know what this is? I cannot picture this item or how it would help him stay upright. Thoughts?
