Glamour
From MarxWiki
As explained by John Berger, glamour cannot exist without envy. It is similar to values such as grace, elegance, and authority but for something or someone to be glamorous, viewers must envy certain qualities within that object or person. Thus glamour requires personal social envy to exist as a widespread feeling. Glamour is connected to publicity in that the gap between what publicity promises and what it actually presents corresponds to the gap between what a consumer thinks he is and what he would like to be. These two gaps merge into one and this gap is connected by glamorous dreams.
